After purchasing a Tixio Lifetime plan go to the activation page and add the email address for your Tixio account. Once done, it will take you to Tixio signup/login page. Click on activate button to activate each workspace separately.

Yes, you can create public sharing links from the board, wiki, etc. Anyone with the link will get access to the item in view-only mode.

Yes, you could have multiple workspaces for multiple companies and one will not be able to see other’s workspace/user resources. in that way, we maintain complete privacy to each user’s content.

Unfortunately, Tixio is not mobile optimized yet. But our mobile app is a work in progress. It will mainly focus on the chat module but you can access other modules as well through the app.

Unfortunately, we are still working on our integrations and there are a lot of requests in the pipeline such as Slack, Zapier, air table etc. Our team will work on them one by one. You can also add integration requests whenever you need something for the team here:

We launched Tixio in 2021. And from then on we continued making improvements and bringing in more ideas to it. Tixio headquarter is based in Ulefoss, Norway. It’s the brainchild of our CEO and Founder Torstein Gustavsen. We have a 25 people team based in different locations across the globe.

Unfortunately, we cannot store or upload files in Tixio. However, you can add attachments in Tixio task module and Tixio chat. Or you can connect your Google Drive, Dropbox and Onedrive account in our files system to navigate the files in them together.

No, our Tixio Lite extension comes free with your account. You simply need to download it from the Chrome web store and log in with your Tixio account.

We have already designed Tixio dark mode, but the implementation is still in progress.

There is absolutely no storage restriction in Tixio at this point. You can create unlimited boards, wikis, widgets, projects, tasks, conversations, etc.

All of our servers right now are located in Germany. But in the future, we will host Tixio in multiple regions.

We love to help our users to learn our product faster. We have a step-by-step Help guide for ease of understanding as well as short tutorials highlighting every feature individually. These can be helpful for users to learn one feature at a time.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your email address, name, and other information (“Personal Information”). The sole use of this data is to populate the auto-completion of your contacts when sending invitation emails. Tixio will not use this data for any other purpose.

You can buy multiple licenses under one account. But you need separate emails for activation and then share those emails with clients.
