A user (or seat) is one person with their own login to access your Tixio workspace. Each active member typically requires a seat. You can purchase seats in advance and add, remove or replace members as required. You can also remove seats from your workspace anytime.

Yes. Tixio is designed as a team collaboration tool that brings tasks, docs, chat, and people into one unified workspace, reducing tool overload and context switching.
